Lost 3.5lbs my first week!

Yay! I started a week ago and have lost 3.5lbs so far. I ameating healthy, lots of veggies and fruits and lean meat (and even a tiny bit of chocolate here and there) and walking A LOT. A aim for a minimum of 12000 steps per day and every other day I do the 30 day shred (which then counts against the steps).
