Hi all.
New to MFP. I'm 29 years old and lost about 50 lbs in my early 20s on Weight Watchers. I've used WWers fairly consistently since then, but recently gained about 10-15 lbs back and I need a break from "points". Decided to try MFP. I've been using the program for about a week and am down 2 lbs in my first week! Off to a good start.
I'm a runner and currently marathon training. I also love yoga (do it 1-2X per week), and do strength training 1-2X per week. Feel free to add me! Would love some support from this site!
