I lost about 60lbs in total, but since Christmas my weight has started to shoot up again. Partly due to illness (so workouts suffered), but also absolutely because I have been eating too much!! Determined to get back on track and lose what I have gained! I love weights and working out, log on most days and am happy to help and support where I can. I am in my female, in my early 40's and living in the UK but am happy to be mfp pals with whoever would like to join me on my journey. Please feel free to add me as a friend. :-)

Just keep thinking about how proud you were when you lost weight.

We all fail, but as long as we get back up and set our sights on the goal, we will get there again.

I know that feeling, when you start to lose it. We feel amazing when we work out but it's easy to forget once we hit a barrier or lose focus.

I'm also from the UK (living in the US) and work out most days with weights. I'm also experimenting with intermittent fasting at the moment which is working well for me. I'm a healthy weight, but am skinny fat! Need to lose fat and gain muscle!

It helps me to plan my food and workouts for the week. It gives you targets. Good luck getting back on track.
