Every morning at work I make an egg scramble in the microwave. Using one egg and one egg white, one precooked turkey sausage link (chopped into pieces) and 1/2 a slice of RF Colby Jack Sargento cheese. You can add anything you like to it. Sometimes I top with just a 1/2 a TB of Salsa or I add some Jalapenos. Or you can make Egg Cups (baked in a muffin tin) they are easy to make and bake and you can freeze and thaw out over night for in the morning.

Chicken fajitas mixed with egg whites, extra veggies and low cal tortilla shell. I do this when I have leftover fajita mixings and just add the eggs to it. Really good, just be sure chicken is no more than 4oz. Great breakfast with alot of protein to keep you full.0
