Hi there,

I have only joined today and so far its looking really good. I was previously on weight watchers and you could keep activity 'points' for the weekend to have a treat. I enjoy a pizza and cider on a saturday which would take me over my daily calorie allowance, can you keep exercise calories for the weekend?

Thanks in advance

    Yes.

As long as you're under your weekly goals, do whatever on whatever days you want. Your body isn't a 24 hour clock, so it's easier to view it as a weekly goal instead of daily.

check out the "weekly" tab under the nutrition page on the app, it shows you a bar graph of how close to your weekly goal you are, its handy for purposes like this

    enjoy the weekend!

I always watched weekly instead of daily. Still do even in maintenance. I sometimes would save calories for special days I knew were coming up or weekends (as long as it didn't hinder my exercise)

As a general rule, I eat at a (greater) deficit during the week so I can splurge a little bit on the weekends. It's been working out really well for me!

Yes, but make sure your burns are accurate otherwise you will be saving and eating calories you havent earned.

Consider whether you still want to apply portion control or altering what ingredients you choose.
