Today is my birthday, and so, in order to have fun, and still lose weight, I smashed a cupcake in my face instead of eating it! And I filmed it!

    my birthday is this weekend too, but I'm ok with maybe a little cake!! It's MY birthday after all, and this whole experience has taught me that you don't have to say no to all the things you enjoy, but that you just can't say yes all the time!! :)
