 Hello!

This is my first week of calorie counting and doing routine exercise. I am really excited to make a change in lifestyle. I have two small children and really want to be able to have a wonderful summer with them! I am learning many new things and I am beginning to find that I have to choose the right filling foods or im doomed!! Eating out is so difficult for me. Does anyone have any tips or pointers to help me find the right things to eat? I could really use the advice!!!!

  • Just stay away from annything ''bad'' for starters like candy/cookies/junkfood/pizza/chip etc etc.
Also try to eat smaller portions but more often like every 3 hours orso to max out your metabolism.

You say you got kids so going to the Gym might be hard but start small like do a 20min walk every other day you burn some calories and you stimulate your metabolism ( just bring the kids allong and go to the local park if u need to combine ^^ ) and once you feel its to easy and/or want more progress just increase the time walking and add more days.

If you do anny other exercise like with weights orso remember GOOD FORM is the most important thing now ofc this mostly apply's to the guys but dont hit weights to heavy if you can take 2 seconds going up and 2 seconds going down with a dumbel ( or anny other strenght type exercise your doing ) you know you are lifting to much.

    Best of luck !
