Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred

I tried to do a search on this, but it's difficult since a lot of her videos have 'shred' in the title, haha.
I got this DVD--Beginner Shred, NOT 30 Day Shred (which I also have but have found a bit difficult--I am very out of shape!) which does 25 minute little workouts with weights mostly. It's not quite as intensive as 30DS; there is a lot less cardio and it's more about just getting used to moving around and into a routine for me.
But how do I log this? Seems like it would be a bit of a cheat to consider it circuit training and the only 'fitness monitor' I have is just a Fitbit Zip. What would at least be the closest estimate? Or should I not even bother logging it as a burn?

I started this today! I logged it as calisthenics - moderate. After no working out at all for the last year it's definitely a great way for me to get back into exercising without killing myself or giving up because it's too hard! (I also have 30 day shred but wasn't ready to jump into that yet).1

Thank you! Cool, that's pretty close to my 'guesstimate' (I've been marking it as 100 and eating back none of that 100 haha).
I'm really enjoying it, as someone who is intimidated by working out, it's been a great gateway video for me so far. Figure I'll roll into 30 Day Shred (which I found still a little to intense for my couch-potato self) after this one.0 -
I have been battling myself on which I wanted to purchase. I'm about 80 lbs overweight and stay sedentary for the majority of my days because of work, so I know something super intense will derail me after a while. What are your thoughts on the beginner shred? Have you had results?0

I have the 30d beginner shred. I like it because the workouts are 23 min long and are geared for beginners, like it says. I believe you can find them on Youtube, rather than purchasing them. That way you can see if you like it. I was sore for the first 3 days, then it got better. You do the same workout for 10 days, then go onto workout #2 for 10 days, etc. I find 10 days with the same routine a bit boring but I"m sticking to it. I'm on day 8, level 1.
