Les mills Body Pump

Hi all! I'm just getting started w/My Fitness Pal & cannot figure out how to input Body Pump. It's asking for # of reps @ sets but I have no idea

    I put body pump in as cardio or aerobics.
    The calorie loss is a guide only, but I have found this to be the closest.
