not new but definitely been a long time

hello! my name is kulsoom i'm 25 from toronto, ont and i'm a manager for a large chain clothing store.
i've been gone a long time and i've gained a ton of weight of which i'm deeply ashamed. between working and getting comfortable with my bad eating habits, ive come up with every excuse in the book not to take care of myself.
i'm hoping to get fit and healthy and motivated and back to my ideal weight!
