    Total bunk. The only thing it makes lighter is your wallet, and the contents of that go straight to Dr Oz's pockets. It's a sham concocted by people willing to capitalise on other's desperation and need. Don't waste your money.

    Put it this way, I've been a member of MFP for almost 3 years and have never, ever seen a success story that mentioned it. LOTS of threads full of disappointed people, though!!
