    I Also JUST started this journey...third Day today.

    What exercises are you doing? Im going with INSANITY Max 30 and next week I want to either add another round of insanity or zumba. Also trying to walk for 30-60' everyday. :)

    No exercises yet, just walking in the evenings....my girlfriend is training for a marathon, makes you feel a little lazy but I am coming from a no exercise background and about to start building up to something lol
    currently just calorie counting on MFP to get to my target, been using it for a few weeks and just thought I would get out there and meet people in the same place......

    Start Weight 15/2/15 - 12st 6lbs
    Current weight 2/3/15 - 11st 13lbs
    Target for Good Friday - 11st 7lbs
    Ultimate Target - 10st 7lbs
