i've been in all week, but have to leave for work soon. i did my own mini challenge of 4 circuits of 25 pushups, 25 crunches, and 25 squats. wanted to get it in before work as i have to go in early and do 12 hours today...doubt i'll have the energy for it when i get home!! i will try to get some lunges in also at work!!0

I'm going to sit this one out today. I had knee surgery and any type of lunge really aggravates my knee.
I plan on doing 150 ab crunches today though.0 -

I did about 15 of them going up and down my office hallway, but it really makes my knee sore, so I am opting out. LOL0 -
