calorie zig zagging!!!

Hi My Fitness Pals,
I just went to a website that has a calculator for calorie zigzagging. I'm thinking I may not even be ready for calorie zigzagging since I just started a week ago and have lost 2 pounds. Right now I am trying to eat 1400 calories a day. (Im usually 200 over) To imagine me being able to eat 1900 to 2100 cals a day and lose weight seems unreal. Do you think this could be kind of accurate. Has anyone eaten this many cals and lost a substantial amount of weigh over a period of time?

Remember that the zig zagging sites take your exercise calories into account. Your average for the week is still going to be awful close to the same between here and zig zagging if you add your exercise calories in here.
I do think that zig zagging has it's place - but I wouldn't do it until you've plateaued and use it as a tool to break a plateau.0 -
That does seem unreal...hmmm. I wonder what others will have to say.0
