Zig-zagging calories

For those of you who zig-zag your calories, how do you decide what days get how many calories? Do you just calculate your calories for the week, then break them up? I'm getting closer to my goal weight and am thinking about trying this. Any feedback would be much appreciated!! Thanks

I would just calculate my goal. Then I would keep my goal for 3 days in a row, and the fourth day, I would raise my cals about 20%
This should be high enough to boost your metabolism.0 -

Fill that in, then click on zig zag calories and it gives you a 7 day plan for different levels of weight loss0 -

There is an option for zig-zag under the calculator. Estimation of course based on your fat loss goals.0
