Hi
I'm keen to exercise alongside my food diary but at present I don't have the funds/time to go to the gym regularly. I was wondering if anyone could suggest any effective exercises for at home?

    Workout DVDs, YouTube videos, there are some fitness apps out there like Nike Training Club or 7 Minute Workout.

    Put on your shoes, go out the door and walk.

    Walking, running. Body weight exercises like squats, lunges, pushups, etc. Youtube videos. Free workout apps, websites.

    Ditto walking, as that gets easier, add jogging, stair climbing. I also use the You are Your Own Gym app and really like it.
