I recently started the 6 week body makeover by Michael Thurman I've been on it now for about a week and the combined diet and exercise plan appealed to me big time. I was in a car accident a while back and have never been able to lose the weight that I gained when I was unable to exercise or really do any kind of physical activity. I divorced about 3 years ago now and just looking to truly start over with a healthier attitude and body for my children as well as for myself. Wishing all lots of luck...
