How can I look up a place to eat and find the calories for a certain dish there to add to my calories? Help!

    It may already be in the system on MFP...most anything I look up has already been added my someone else. I went to Famous Daves last week and I just typed in Famous Daves and a whole slew of things were listed. Otherwise you can add it yourself or just use quick calories.
