Still feel like the fat girl

Hey everyone
Im 20, 172cm and in a week Ive lost 3lbs, now down to 118.8lbs. Im really lost, I want to maintain but don't know how- Im really scared of gaining and I feel so full on what Im eating ATM. What do you think I should do?
Ps. Would sertraline be contributing to much a large loss?

You are 5'7" and borderline underweight for your height. I think you should reconsider your goals (even though you want to maintain your weight). I doubt your are fat, and you may want to speak with a therapist about how you view your body. I'm sure you are beautiful, but it's hard for us to see our new bodies when we keep thinking about our old bodies.
If (as objectively as you can) you think you need some improvements, maybe think about trying to change your body composition either by gaining weight and putting on muscle or eating at maintenance and adding in some progressive resistance training.

And for feeling full eating at your current level, look at more calorie dense foods: eggs (with yolks), full fat dairy, avocados, cook meat and veggies in oil, chocolate, a serving of ice cream if you feel like it.0
