Hi everyone. I'm a medico and have been gaining weight coz of very sedentary lifestyle. Now I have few months to focus on my health. So I'm trying to change my habits. Trying to eat healthy and want to lose 15 lbs without compromising nutrition. Hoping I'll succeed.
