Tracking water intake

I was wondering if there is a way to change how water is tracked? Instead of tracking cups is there a way to change it to ounces?

A cup is 8 ounces, so you could just convert your ounces to cups (i.e., if you had 70 oz of water today, then you had 8.75 cups).
Or you can just track it in ounces as an entry in your diary.
That being said, I don't even track water - I only log drinks that have calories. Which for me is pretty much only milk, beer, and wine.0 -
I use a water app called WATER YOUR BODY.. I love it!0

Thanks I knew the 8 oz in a glass but I didn't want to do the math lol. I'm wanting to find a way to motivate me to drink more because I'm sure I'm partially dehydrated.
Thanks for the water your body app suggestion I'll check it out.0
