    Beautiful! So proud of you for your accomplishments!!!!!!!!!! Excellent job!!!! If you are thinking about starting to exercise, have you tied Zumba or Sha'Bam? I am heavier than your start weight and have been welcomed in these classes and do them at my own pace. They are addicting, fun, a great cardio workout and calorie burn.

    Great job my friend,never give up,don't over do it,and make sure you do a lot of core power,or you will end up having a lot of lose skin like me....ugg. I was 286 lbs,and I'm now down to 112.8. Good luck to you dear,your beautiful.
