High still my first week just got told off by the app last night for only eating 900 points but that's all I needed
Now today ive eaten 500 more so a total of 1400 but have a target of 1700
How can this work if I have to force myself to eat more so I make the target
Surly I won't lose weight this way ???? (Help anyone !!)

The app tells you to eat an amount for a reason. The bottom for a male is 1500 for basic health reasons. As long as you told it you wanted to lose weight, the target calories it gives you IS your weight loss target. You will lose weight eating that. Eat it. 900 calories is not sufficient even for very tiny females.
That said, are you weighing your food or measuring or guessing? Weighing your solids and measuring your liquids is the only way to know for sure what you're actually eating.0 -
