Winston-Salem or Triad Area?

Would be awesome if I could find a couple of people from this area to chat with. I'm a bit of recluse so I could a use a friend or two on a fitness journey that I could talk to. I invite people to talk even if you aren't directly from the Triad or North Carolina.
