does any have any tips on the Jillian Michele's detox like drink thing, I know it is just water weight but I figured why not any tips that could help me9q3cgz1e4rdv.jpg

    It won't detox a thing. If it makes you lose water weight at all, its because both cranberry juice and dandelion tea are natural dieuretics.

    60 oz of tap water from Newark
    A table spoon of sugar free garlic powder
    1 dandelion weed
    2 tablespoons of hot dog water.

    Drink this for 7 days.

    Bam! Same results !

    If you want more of a shake I found Lauren Conrads skinny smoothie which is very yummy and can use for a meal and only 40 calories; 1/2C berry (i use strawberries), 1/2C yogurt (i use lite strawberry as well), 1/2 cup oats, 1T honey, 1C ice... If i use it for lunch i double it up, fills up one shaker cup and fills me up to where im not hungry for awhile :)

    A meal for 40 calories? Maybe if your Tom Thumb.

    Thanks sounds good will try it does it work with Greek yogurt
