Food Diaries less than 1400?

Looking for friends whose food diaries are less than 1400. It helps give me ideas on different foods to eat as well as keeps me motivated that I can do it too when they reach or are under their calorie goals.

I eat between 1100 and 1200 daily. But my diary is private because well...its mine. But examples of what I eat are an omelet with tons of veggies for breakfast. Some days I will have a tortilla with a egg and mozzerella cheese and cilantro. Lunch is typically some chicken and rice, sautéed veggies and cottage cheese. For dinner it varies on what I make the family. Just much smaller portions. I try to stay high on protein, low on carbs and mid point with fats. I've lost 30lbs with 30 more to go.0

Mine is set to 1500 right now....sometimes i am way, way over, sometimes i get 1200...diary open to friends. I eat a lot of junk, lol. Been logging for around 10 months with the notable exception of last weekend, almost 45 lbs down, 23-30 left to go. Feel free to add me if you want lol0

add me if youd like, but im probably not the best since im a student. i usually put everything in my diary. if you want ideas, dont look in february, that was a bad month, january is pretty good though0

Mine NETS at below 1400 most days. My actual goal is 1500 set at sedentary, but i work out hard, so i eat back about half my cals when i need. so my net is always below 1400.... dont know if youre looking for net or total, but add me if you want! My rest days (Saturdays) i eat to my 1500 limit.0
