10 pound challenge

I have recently gained 10 pounds due to lack of sleep, excercise, and nutrition. Today is my day one and I will conquer those 10 pounds. Any motivation or tips are appreciated!

    1) drink plenty of water. a good rule of thumb is take your body weight in lbs divided by 2 and drink this many ounces of water per day
    2) make sure you get plenty of sleep your body needs time to rest
    3) calculate your BMR and TDEE and take TDEE-20% this should be your calorie goal per day. check out the threads in the "Getting Started" message board if you need help

    Anybody still up for 10 pound weight loss support? I injured ankles and had to stop running. Gained a quick 15 lbs in a couple months. Now having hard time losing it!
