Lifting weights faster doesn't count as cardio?

Hello to whom it may concern,
I am a big fitness fanatic however have always had a passion for resistance training. Recently I have set some goals to cut so my muscles can really start to pop. Unfortunately that isn't very easy with my love for food and lack of interest in cardio. So I guess I am basically looking for some people in the same boat. We can definitely motivate each other. So add me!! :-)

Haha yea I'm not a fan of it either. Circuit training and giant supersets maintaining a solid heart rate is my cardio. However, I don't mind the stair master.0

All you need to do to for your weight training to count as cardio is to get your heart rate up. You can easily do so, and keep your current workout routine. All you have to do is cut the rest period between sets to 10-30 seconds. Lowering the weight so you can do 16-20 reps each set will help as well.0

I have honestly have tried both of those methods however it tends to be harder to circuit train when you are at a heavily used facility.0
