Destroyed legs today! Hit a new PR on Romanian deadlifts at 305lbs raw for 4 reps. I'll be crippled for the next few days.

    Congratulations for the great workout :smiley:

    Mine were Bulgarian split squat with 4 sec pause at bottom, side lunges with 4 sec pause, jump squat with 4 sec pause, 1-legged RDL, along with plank, side plank, and ab crunching workout. Legs are on fire today.

    Bulgarian split squats burn! Even without weights they smoke you. I just woke up bc my legs started to lock up when i rolled. Lol
