    Thank you Jeff69.. I have lost 63 pounds to date!! Not by dieting.. But by working out 6 days a week and eating as clean as I can! Lifestyle change

I have 3 boys( not using them as an excuse).. Lol.. But when I look at pics of me back then now... I'm like whoa!! I was huge!! Lol
