    I'm not quite a success story but I have made big progress

    I finally have the guts to share my Before and Now picture. I have been struggling with my weight for 11 years, I have lost over 15 pounds. There's times I feel like giving up, I fallen and I've gotten back up. My dad sent me this picture and I realize I have made a lot of progress. If you're out there struggling with weight loss and want to give up, let me be the first to tell you... never give up on your goals. I'm still a work in progress.

      Thank you!!!! I felt like I hadn't made a big enough change, but looking at the pics, I see now that it shows in my face the most. And I can walk up the stairs without being out of breath. Lol And I gained muscle.
