I find myself grabbing a booster juice smoothie for a meal. Is this a healthy choice?

I drink them all of the time. The ingredients are all listed plus their nutritional content is usually on the wall. The only thing I really question there is the juice they add. If I remember correctly, they claim each 710ml drink has 3-5 servings of fruit/vegetables. Plus they'll omit or substitute just about whatever you want.0

Thank you, I am worried about the carb and sugar in the smoothies...0
