well warburtons have these new flat breads and they are perfectly square

they are 149 cals each - i have one in the oven just now - rolled like a calzone with passata, herbs, WW cheese slicem ,mushrooms and wafer thin ham.

I have also put some more passata on top and also another cheese slice

all for 353 cals

i made one earlier for my BIL and he loved it

I do this too! With peppers, cooked chicken or ham, stuff like that! I make garlic bread with them too!

I just buy the 4 count small flatbread pizzas at walmart.

2 minutes in the microwave. The box costs around $4

350 calories and 15 grams of fat.

    perfect mini meal.

If you like thin crust pizza, I found this to be good and low calories:

One large tortilla - around 150 calories

cover with a few tablespoons of tomato sauce (usually the better stuff has 60 calories for 1/2 cup - so it ends up being maybe 20 calories)

For cheese, I go with 50% reduced fat Cabot cheese - one or 2 servings for a total of under 100 calories

Altogether, it ends up being ~250 calories depending on how much cheese you put on - you can also *kitten* roasted red peppers or spinach for low calorie toppings
