So i realize how bad i have fallen off the wagon. I dont even want to face the scale right now. Im scared it might push me over the edge. However, I need guidance for starting over. Im in a good position right now cause I have no food in my house and I need to hit the store. I do not want to rejoin weight watchers AGAIN simply because of the money. It works for me but obviously there is another way. Anyone wanna give me some baby steps and motiviation? I work better with baby steps. Right now I feel very overwhelmed. HELP!

Hey friend! Just take it one day at a time and you'll be fine... Maybe today just focus on getting your water down and the next day focus on food and nutrition and then incorporating exercise. You got this girl, you'll be back on track in no time. Good Luck !! :)

I'm new and starting over for the umpteenth time too! :) I agree w/the other post - baby steps. We didn't gain it all in one day and we aren't going to lose it all in one day. :)

I feel better when I eat protein. I also LOVE the peanut butter crunchy granola bars from Nature Valley - makes me feel like I'm eating a cookie instead of the cupcake the office had today! :)

Just hang in there and be kind to yourself. I'm building friends to feel free to add me! Have a good one!
