Example, last night I did 60 minutes of zumba which MFP told me was 600 calories but I know from my hrm it was only 150. I logged 150.
oh i dont know that that's correct, either.
mfp tells me 1000 calories but the hrm i borrowed from a friend said 600, and thats seems much more accurate.
im not sure i would bother with a zumba class if it was only 150 calories LOLOL
granted it depends on size/weight but still....

1700?
There are about 6 weeks a year I can lose on 3000+ a day.
Too much?
That depends.
When my training schedule kicks over 20-milers for the weekly long run,s and 15k (9.3 miles) for daily runs I'll easily eat more than 3000 a day ... and still lose weight.

I'm on 1700 and I'd love more calories, it doesn't feel like a lot to me.0
