Anyone deal with late dinners? Often I don't get dinner until after I get my son down. I hate eating that late and feel no matter what food I eat I'm not helping myself.

Nothing wrong with eating late. I eat dinner around 9pm. Eating too many calories hinders weight loss - not the timing of those calories.

We have dinner 3-5 a week after 9pm. I don't eat breakfast sometimes til 11am-noon because of my sleep schedule.

I eat late too. It is o.k. The time you eat does not affect weight loss one way or another.

I eat about 3/4 of my calories after 10 PM. No big deal.

Some people have heartburn or sleeping problems if they sleep on a full stomach. If it doesn't bother you then eating late is no problem! :flowerforyou:

OP, I'm with you. Many people say it's no big deal, and I'm sure for them that's true - but personally I eat better, feel better, sleep better, and am more likely to have a healthy, hearty, sustaining breakfast if I eat by 7:00pm or so. It's also better for my "morning constitutional" - lol.

    I usually eat after 9PM.

It's partly cultural and party a matter of convenience--I prefer to eat after my main workout.

It doesn't seem to have hindered weight loss. I do eat my larger meal at lunchtime.
