It can be, especially at first when you are getting the hang of it. The best investment you can make is to get a food scale to measure all of your food and logging everything you eat, drink, and the oils and butter you use to cook with. Good luck and congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!0

With this app it's easy. Just Barcode scan everything you out in your mouth. I've lost 30 lbs in the past 2 months using this. I've struggled before because I didn't keep track. Now I know exactly what I need and what I've ate to achieve my goal0

It takes some getting used to, but once you get your usual stuff logged in and start to make adjustments and prioritize your calories (baby steps), it'll be second nature. The only thing that stresses me out now is trying to guess at meals in non-chain restaurants.0
