My wife (pandaweevil) and I have been working on our weight loss journey since July of last year. We have each lost about 65 lbs. She is in maintenance mode and I still want to drop about 5 - 10 more. Here is our picture together taken last Friday next to a picture of us several years before. We actually had gained some more weight since that first picture had been taken.

All done via diet, Power 90, P90X, Insanity and MFP.

    I want to add more on here. Today, after starting this back in July of last year I now weigh ... 199.6 lbs! Finally under 200 lbs for the first time since I was a teenager. I still have some more to go, I have as my goal 195, but I think I can get down to 190 which will leave me a little bit of room once I start maintenance mode.
