Alternating calories

Hi all I'm starting my weight loss journey and I'd like to try alternating my calorie intake daily. Do you know if there is a way to manually change my MFP estimate? I've tried 1200 goal before, but along with working out, full time job and uni, it often leaves me dizzy at the end of the day.
I've looked at this calculator: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm and is something that seems reasonable.
Has anyone tried this method of dieting?

Custom goals allows you to dial in the calorie target and macro split (5% steps) of your choice. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_custom0

You can't alternate on MFP (if you mean different calories each day), best to look at the weekly reports instead (the app versions are better) and make sure your calories across the week are in line with your overall defecit
If you want to just change your goal do what yarwell said

Thanks, I think the weekly overview will work best for me. I'll just keep track of the rest in another app, or on paper.0

That's what I do. I hit 1200ish on weekdays and 2000ish on weekends and use the weekly overview.0
