Don't worry everything will come to those who work hard. Stop focusing on the negative, stop telling yourself you are fat. You are not... You are beautiful and your are only going to become more beautiful during the process.
The most beautiful thing about a person is seeing one who sincerely loves themselves.

    I love that saying. I always say that I am fat. I need to learn that I am more than the fat that I see when I look in the mirror. I am old enough to be your mother yet I haven't managed to learn this yet. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Definitely needed this quote today as I've been away for over a month. I was saying I've gained a lot of weight but this quote put my self-loathing into perspective.
