Question about frying and recording calories

This morning I had a brand name beefburger and scanned the barcode for my app. I added mushrooms to the pan and fried them in the beefburger fat. I didn't add any extra fat at all
So that counts as raw mushrooms not fried as far as calories yes? As I fried them in the fat that was already accounted for in the burger? Please say yes!

As long as the nutrition from the package was for UNcooked, that's what I would do. If it was for cooked, then you need to add in the fat some way0
