If it has calories, count it

I have to log them. I typically eat 300-500+ Calories in fruits and vegetables alone. Not logging them would destroy any deficit that I might have.

That's Weight Watches that doesn't count calories. On MFP, if you eat it, it counts.

I can eat over 100 calories of veggies at a time. I weigh and log them.

    I weigh and log EVERYTHING.

Well, veggies have calories. WW says that veggies and fruit are "free"...but they're not...they make up the difference by inflating the points on other things...this is kind of why WW is stupid, people don't learn the actual value of things they are consuming.

I eat a garden salad almost every day that is around 50 calories of just veggies...my 85 grams of sweet peas I had last night with dinner clock in around 70 calories...I eat 60 grams of green chiles with my eggs pretty much every morning...that's about 20 calories...my strawberries I"m having with my lunch are around 30 calories for 85 grams...

Right there you're talking about 170 calories just from veg and a few strawberries. How would that not matter?

Some vegetables have a lot of calories, so don't assume that you can eat as much as you like without consequences.
