I was wondering if anyone has an explanation to why the day after you do a hard or really good workout you "gain weight" or go up on the scale. I know if doesn't mean you actually gained weight but I was wondering why it happens. It seems to always happens to me.

Your body holds water after a work out to aid in repair of the muscles. It's normal.0
