Hi everyone! I'm a (nearly) 20 year old woman who is 5'3 wanting to lose about 50 pounds. I've been wanting to do this for years, but haven't had the resolve to stick to it. I have bounced from fad diet to fad diet, and it has caused some rather obsessive behavior and thoughts about food. This time I'm doing an 80/20 approach, and IIFYM. The reason I'm still limiting some foods from my diet (gluten, mainly) is because I have endometriosis, and gluten can cause flare ups. If anyone has similar goals, eating patterns, ages or anything, feel free to add me! I'd love some open diaries to check out as I get started.
