I am also starting after baby #2. I just adjusted the calories manually to add 500 calories for exclusively breastfeeding.

how can i adjust the calories due to nursing???
  • Hi, I'm also fully breastfeeding and trying to lose weight after my 3rd baby. I read somewhere breastfeeding burns 500 a day but don't know how true that is. I'll add you.

just manually change ur cals, so instead of x pounds per day just change to target cals ( your goal cals +500) :)
