Needing motivation

So far I've lost about 25 pounds since last January but now it's time to turn it up a notch and get in the best shape I can be, I'm at a plateau in my weight loss journey and I need motivation to get through this!!

    First off, great job on losing all that weight. You look great. I do the same, once I hit a goal I make a harder one to push myself to the next level. What I like to do is visualize that next goal. Thinking about it constantly when working out to fuel me especially when I'm tired so I don't quit when I know I can probably squeeze a few extra reps. Also, looking a picture of a physique you want to achieve and push the limits to get there. Never accept it as impossible.

    Awesome progress thus far. Try adjusting your calorie intake for a few weeks to see if you are noticing changes. Good luck!
