FITNESS TRACKER:

Do you use one? What is it? What's so great about it?
I got a fitbit zip from my job and during one of my infamous errand runs, the clip slipped out, I noticed hours later. I was losing weight: 14 pounds in two months - but after I lost it, I lost motivation and I've gained 6 pounds. I need to get another fitness tracker but I have to convince myself to spend the money.

It's all in being consistent. No tracker can motivate unless you want results. Set your goal for one week at a time. Then work on reaching it. Try couple more weeks like that. If you are achieving your goal or you are close to your goal then you are doing fine without a tracker. I have achieved my goal without a tracker. Last year got fitbit flex as a gift and wear it now. I have started to love it because I want to see those numbers it tells me. Like, steps I took, calories burnt, I can input my workouts, my fluid intake. Bottom line though, being consistent in your commitment to reaching your goal!!!!0

I really like my One. Similar to the Zip but a few more features. Helps keep me aware of how much I move. Moving more = better. Hubby has the Polar Loop and is very happy with it. Ultimately it depends on which features you want.0

I have a FitBit Charge HR, I love it! I keeps me motivated and no more under or overestimating my calories burned.0
