Homemade burgers

I pack round steak mince
I onion
1 courgette
handful green beans
1 yellow pepper
fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
A good dollop of tomato ketchup (optional)

Its a great way to get veg into burgers, especially for the little ones :)

    I love adding shredded zucchini to burgers (it melds well with it), but never though about green beans. Going to have to try this!
