What would you rather do walking on incline on treadmill or doing stairmaster? :)

    treadmill incline, I think of walking up a hillside when doing it. The stairmaster is great for the a** but walking up stairs is torture. LOL

    Interval alternating maximum incline treadmill with flat.

    Incline treadmill because I can go faster on that than the stairmaster. I only use the stairmaster on leg days.
