I have been working out five times a week for the past three weeks how about you

I have been working out five times a week for the past three weeks and have lost three pounds. At this time it seems like I am holding steady at this weight but I believe it is muscle developing. Anyone else has a beginner work out story? It is so difficult to put on the pounds but takes hard work and dedication to get fit. The wonderful truth of life

To develop/build muscle you must be eating at a calorie surplus, not a deficit - which I am assuming you are because you stated you are trying to lose weight.
3 pounds in 3 weeks is great! Your efforts are paying off.0
